Karina’s practice as a young lawyer is focused exclusively on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death resulting from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, unsafe premises, negligent security, medical malpractice, and defective products.

Karina joined Gold & Gold, P.A. as a law clerk in 2020. She quickly became an integral part of the firm, and in September 2021 she proudly accepted her position as the newest associate attorney at Gold & Gold, P.A. She shares the same values: Compassion for her clients, integrity in the law and in our community, and a tremendous work ethic. Karina passionately and aggressively pursues justice for all of her clients.

Karina is a native of Miami, Florida from Cuban decent. She speaks fluent Spanish and is a proud alumnus of Our Lady of Lourdes High School. Karina received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021, where she was awarded Honors in the nationally recognized University of Miami Litigation Skills Program, was named a Dean’s Fellow for the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program, and served as an Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. As a member of the student chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association she taught CLE’s to judges and lawyers across the state of Florida. Karina earned her B.S., cum laude, in Marketing from Florida State University, where she clerked for a Circuit Judge in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit and interned for the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida.

Karina is licensed to practice in all jurisdictions in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
