Philip Gold Speaks at Florida Justice Association Convention

Philip A. Gold, Esq. was invited by the Florida Justice Association to lecture on Wrongful Death Damages at the annual convention at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Gold spoke on a recent case he tried in Clay County involving negligent security which resulted in a $2.6 Million verdict.

The focus of the presentation involved various aspects of wrongful death damages and presenting to a jury. The annual convention is attended to by trial lawyers from all over the State of Florida.

Mr. Gold often presents at the conventions for the FJA throughout the year as he has served on the Board of Directors for the FJA in leadership positions over the past 5 years.
