How Gold & Gold is Responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic

We hope that you are staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. As COVID-19 continues to threaten the health and security of individuals across the globe, there have been several adjustments to our daily routines that have changed the way we all handle our day-to-day tasks.

For Gold & Gold, this means a number of important changes to our daily operations.

To start, our law firm has begun working remotely, and we are proud to say the team has experienced a near seamless transition from the office to the home. We have implemented remote work procedures that have enabled us to continue with a majority of the work on our clients’ cases in a secure and efficient manner. Of course, there are some restrictions and limitations that affect these cases.

Ultimately, our goal remains to operate as close to normal as possible and to provide our clients with superior legal service. Here are a few ways in which we are ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Gold & Gold Remains Fully Available

If you need to contact us, please do not hesitate to do so. The Gold & Gold team is fully reachable via phone and email. Our main office numbers continue to operate as usual and are still answered directly by our staff. In addition, we continue to retrieve our mail and packages throughout the work week.

All Meetings Shifted to Remote or Canceled

To ensure the safety of our team and our clients, Gold & Gold has canceled all in-person meetings and is rescheduling them to a phone call or video conference. On that same note, all in-person Court appearances are canceled, and very few Court hearings are moving forward remotely, depending on each Judge’s procedure.

What does this mean for our clients? This may slow down some aspects of your case.  However, pleadings like lawsuits, motions and notices, etc. can still be filed as per usual.

It’s Business As Usual (From Our Homes)

As everyone migrates to working from home, the Gold & Gold staff has gotten straight to work handling several negotiations and mediations via phone or video conference. We are proud of our team for adjusting quickly and successfully resolving several cases from their homes. We expect to continue to engage in negotiations with insurance carriers and counsel for defendants to resolve your case.

We are still accepting new cases and have been able to start up new claims efficiently and help new clients obtain the medical care they need during these times.
